Christian Thomas of MonkeyWeb Design required a site build for his customer "Design Your Own Splash Back". The site was professionally designed by MonkeyWeb Design and the templates pre-build. The database connection, customer uploading facility and pricing quotation system - the general nuts and bolts of the site was built by Paul Mann.
The management system allows the admin to vary the price depending on the dimensions of the required splashback selected. The websites basket is a classic ajax technology. Again - employing a smooth ordering page with integration of registration / login forms.
Options are: a pre-designed splashback, a coloured splashback, or you can even upload your own splashback.

The Technical Bit
Using Active Server Pages (ASP) combined with AJAX, Javascript and Jquery techniques - your resulting web project will be attractive yet functional.
ASP lets you add amazing functionality - from uploading custom photos, to giving you an full e-commerce products system.
Javascript and Jquery Plugins can give you an easy to use and nice user experience - while keeping the functionality that ASP provides.
Using all of the above is not so much a skill, but more of an art. Taking the best bits from each system, using their strengths and leaving behind their weaknesses.
Already Have A Website?
