Mary Jephcott of MJ Design required a full e-commerce ordering system for her client Chigga. Mary provided the website design and html templates ready for database and system integration.
The site has an excitingly extensive list of features allowing its operator to login, and be alerted to what is coming up, orders that need to be shipped and stock that is running out!
By integrating the site directly using Protx VSP system, customers can browse items of interest, select a variety of options order and pay instantly will with minimal clicks!
The site also utilises a flash image zoom feature. This dynamic control is powerful enough for the operator to upload as many images as needed - not having to worry about how it will display them!
With an extensive back end-editor system, the site stays fresh, up to date yet simple and easy to navigate.

The Technical Bit
Using Active Server Pages (ASP) combined with AJAX, Javascript and Jquery techniques - your resulting web project will be attractive yet functional.
ASP lets you add amazing functionality - from uploading custom photos, to giving you an full e-commerce products system.
Javascript and Jquery Plugins can give you an easy to use and nice user experience - while keeping the functionality that ASP provides.
Using all of the above is not so much a skill, but more of an art. Taking the best bits from each system, using their strengths and leaving behind their weaknesses.
